Featuring an automated nozzle seal system, the CIJ-6000 Inkjet Print System is the most reliable continuous inkjet printer on the market today.  Used primarily for date coding and small character printing onto nonporous surfaces in packaging applications, the CIJ-6000 produces quality print onto plastic card substrates for identifying cards that have been magnetic stripe encoded, marking rejected product, and for printing denominations onto gift cards.

The CIJ-6000 uses solvent and non-solvent based inks providing one second dry times on a variety of substrates including plastics, metals and glass.  This non-contact print technology is ideal for printing on uneven surfaces with the head being vertically adjustable allowing for a fairly high throw distance (printhead to product surface).  The graphical user interface provides for simple operation guiding users through every step of the message creation and printing processes.  Many languages are available and the integrated graphics editor allows for simple creation of logos and special characters.

Unlike traditional continuous inkjet technologies, the automated nozzle system eliminates required printhead cleaning before and after use.
