larger image		EBMS (Electron Beam Magnetic Slurry) Application System provides for application and curing of magnetic stripe material in high speed, high volume applications. This solution may be integrated into printing presses and other web applications and is an ideal complement to WEB-3500 installations. EBMS eliminates the inherent challenges of traditional labeling systems, i.e. registration inconsistency and constant roll replacement of labels, reducing product waste and optimizing production results. Additionally, magnetic slurry material cost is much less than labels providing for an aggressive ROI. EBMS consists of a reverse roll application system that applies magnetic slurry material to product in an even consistent manner. Product passes by a shielded electron beam lamp that cures the magnetic slurry. Multiple lamps may be used to increase cure rates for exceptionally high speed requirements. Precision Roll Coater – On the fly adjustable for amplitude control. Lateral position adjustment. Automatic speed tracking. Fluid System – Pump & filter system. Orientation Field – Particle orientation. Application and Curing Stand – Web handling system with EB shielding system (including safety interlocks). Electron Beam Head with Expandable Generator. Amplitude Monitoring System – Gives digital output of magnetic stripe amplitude.
